Dr Betty Martin
Seattle, United States
Dr Betty Martin is a Chiropractor, a Body Electric School trained Sacred Intimate, Certified Sexological Bodyworker, Foundations of Facilitation trainer, and a self-propelled erotic adventurer and intimacy coach. She has 30 years professional experience of working as a hands-on professional, first in therapeutics – Chiropractic, Somato-Respiratory Integration, Educational Kinesiology, Reiki, Neuro-Emotional Integration – and later in body-based erotic education, including sensual massage, Taoist Erotic Massage, Kashmiri tantric massage and Sexological Bodywork. She is the pioneer of a new model for understanding the nature of touch called the 'Wheel of Consent'.

Joseph Kramer, PhD, is the foremost teacher of erotic massage in the world. In 1984, he founded the Body Electric School in California, where he trained thousands of professional massage therapists, erotic bodyworkers and somatic educators. The Body Electric is the world’s largest community network offering safe sex education today – and for the last 25 years. In 1992, he started the Erospirit Research Institute, a think tank exploring the connection between spirituality and sexuality. In 1999, he founded The New School of Erotic Touch.
Joseph founded the new legal profession of Sexological Bodywork in 2003. Professional trainings are now being offered in California, Europe, Canada, and Australia. He is on the faculty at The Institute For Advanced Study of Human Sexuality and The International Institute of Sexological Bodywork in Zürich.
Deej is a sex coach and therapist, a Certified Sexological Bodyworker and professional trainer, and a supervisor. He works with people of all genders and sexualities to support them in becoming more erotically embodied and empowered. With extensive experience in all areas of sexological bodywork, sex coaching, orgasmic yoga, and sex therapy, he is available for work with individuals and couples, for group trainings, and he offers professional supervision and training to somatic sex educators and other health care professionals.
He teaches the Australian and UK Certificate in Sexological Bodywork and Certification in Somatic Sex Education alongside Uma and the Certificate in Ecstatic Breath Training.
Uma is one of Australia's leading somatic sex educators, teaching conscious sexuality throughout Australia and Asia. She teaches the Certificate in Sexological Bodywork and Certificate in Somatic Sex Education in Australia and the UK, alongside Deej, with the Institute of Somatic Sexology and is a founding member of The Somatic Sex Educators’ Association of Australasia (SSEAA). Uma has studied with some of the world’s leading erotic educators, including Kenneth Ray Stubbs, Barbara Carrellas, Triambika, Joseph Kramer, and Ellen Heed.
Uma practises and teaches classical and neo Tantra, Taoism, sexual shamanism and somatic sexology. She has a passion for working with people with sexual difficulties, and with people who are seeking change and growth in their sex lives.
Kenneth Ray Stubbs
Kenneth Ray Stubbs, Phd, is a Certified Sexologist, documentary-maker, and author of numerous books and DVDs on sexuality, including The Essential Tantra: A Modern Guide to Sacred Sexuality. Before becoming quadriplegic, he taught at the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco and led sacred sexuality seminars throughout North America and Europe. He has been on a shamanic path for almost two decades and is a 13-year SunDancer. Tibetan Buddhism has also had a major influence on his life. His most recent documentary is titled, Path of the Sexual Shaman: Teachings on Energy, Orgasm, and Wisdom.

Celeste Hirschman, MA is the co-creator of the Somatica Method – a relational and experiential body-based approach to Sex Therapy and Relationship Coaching. She received an MA in Human Sexuality Studies from San Francisco State University and is now an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality where she trains professionals in Somatic Sexology.
In her teaching and coaching, she draws on multiple perspectives, including somatic modalities, Hakomi therapy – a mindfulness-based approach, traditional therapeutic models of personality, character styles and development, and embodied learning to help her clients tap into their own wisdom and resources, realize their full potential, and deepen their experiences of pleasure and embodiment.
Ida Kelarova is an musician, professional singer and workshop facilitator who delivers transformational singing workshops around the world. She was first inspired to sing by her father Koloman Bitto, also a famous musician, who told her: ‘Open your throat, open your heart, do not fear anything and sing’. Ida founded the gypsy band Romano Rat (Gypsy Blood) with her husband, Desiderius Duzda, and they continue to perform successfully today. In her workshop facilitation, Ida has a unique approach, inviting participants to connect with emotions, memories and relationships, to bring about deep emotional release.
Jonathan Kay is a 21st century Fool. He is recognised as a leading teacher of Fooling, having toured in the US, Canada, Australia, Spain, Bosnia, Jordan and the UK. Jonathan sees Fooling as an inclusive art form, a way of including both the ‘real’ world of the audience and the ‘imaginary’ world of theatre. During a performance, he takes his audience on a journey into the human experience using paradox, taking licence with the dark and light aspects of life. As a performer, Jonathan can be found headlining Glastonbury Festival’s Theatre and Circus field, Secret Garden Party, Brighton Fringe and the Edinburgh Festival. In his teaching capacity, Jonathan runs an annual programme of workshops, as well as the year long Nomadic Academy of Fools, training people from all walks of life in his unique Fooling technique.
Tarte Noire Women's Playback Theatre Company
Devon, United Kingdom
Founded by Alison Fairlove and Amanda Brown in 2007, Tarte Noire offers Playback Theatre performances to female-only audiences in Devon. Playback Theatre is a facilitated, creative and interactive encounter in which audience members tell something meaningful from their lives. This is immediately turned into theatre that authentically reflects the teller’s experience. Everyone present witnesses the enactment and is affected by it. This stimulates a powerful conversation for those present. As well as the general public, audience groups include refugee and asylum seekers, women who have experienced domestic violence and teenage girls. Tarte Noire also provide entertainment at hen parties and perform at a range of conferences, events and festivals such as the Westcountry Storytelling Festival and the Grand Witches Ball.

Ellen is a Certified Sexological Bodyworker, a craniosacral therapist and a leading anatomy educator. With a background in dance, she has studied and trained in mindfulness and meditation, yoga, shiatsu, craniosacral therapy and sexological bodywork. She has pioneered new techniques for scar tissue remediation for women and is currently pursuing her PhD in Somatic Psychology. She currently teaches Craniosacral Therapy at the Shiatsu Massage School of California in Santa Monica, as well as travelling internationally to teach workshops about human anatomy, energetic potential, and sexual empowerment. She teaches Functional Anatomy for Yoga Teachers locally in LA, and worldwide for the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training. She also has a thriving private practice as a holistic life-style consultant, offering services in bodywork, craniosacral therapy, sex education, nutritional consultation and yoga coaching.
John Hawken is one of the most experienced teachers of tantric energy work in Europe. After studying experimental theatre, he trained as a humanistic psychotherapist, specialising in energy and bodywork with a private practice in Germany for ten years. He then went on to train with Margot Anand as a licensed teacher of SkyDancing Tantra and has taught tantra full time for 20 years, founding SkyDancing UK in 1992. He has taught more than 30 year-long singles and couples trainings in Germany, the UK and the Czech Republic.
In addition to his tantra work, John Hawken was for five years a member of the the shamanic lodge led by Arwyn Dreamwalker, where he studied the Twisted Hair shamanic path, which weaves together Celtic and Native American tribal traditions. He has a passion for the ritual of shamanic healing circles and currently runs shamanic lodges in both the UK and Czech republic.
Shantam Nityama has pioneered his own revolutionary form of bodywork called Nitvana Bodywork, which is designed to take men and women on a journey from sex to superconsciousness, while healing at the deepest levels. A disciple of Osho since 1980, Nityama also draws upon his expertise in numerous healing modalities, including Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Bodytalk, Advanced Medical Qi Gong, Bowen technique and Neuro-Structural Integration technique. Moving from country to country teaching workshops on conscious sex and relating, Shantam Nityama induces spiritual transformation on every level by supporting participants to shake off social conditioning, break out of old patterns and reunite with their inner being.
Sasha has been living, training and working with Shantam Nityama for over 8 years and is one of three certified Nitvana Bodywork Practitioners in the world. She now travels globally, sharing the gifts of this work through private sessions and workshops. She is an amazing teacher, like Nityama in supporting people to clear their pain tapes and liberate their bodies into their natural flowing.
Sarah Rose Bright

Sarah is a Certified Professional Sex Coach, Certified Sexological Bodyworker and NLP practitioner. In her work, she draws on her extensive training in sex coaching, coaching, sex education, Sexological Bodywork, tantra, shamanism, taoism, NLP and healing. She has participated in sexuality trainings with some of the world's sexual pioneers, including Dr Patti Britton, Barbara Carrellas and Joseph Kramer.
In addition to 1-1 sessions, Sarah runs a variety of workshops and events. This includes facilitating workshops for Shakti Tantra where she and Katie trained together and now teach together on bespoke luxury women's retreats with Sensual Healing Harmony.
